Suggestions Open
We are still shaping the final conversations, workshops and voices for RARA 2027.

The conversation you remember might happen nowhere near the stage.
At lunch. In the lift. Over a drink or morning ocean dip. When someone says the thing that makes yours simpler.
JOIN THE WAITLIST ↗Who is RARA for
For the woman everyone else comes to.
You have built something real.
The old spaces have started to feel small.
You are ready for something bigger.
If you are just starting out, or looking for a step-by-step formula, this is the wrong room. We would rather you knew before you paid.

Why RARA exists.
Bridget Wood, Founder, RARA House
Solopreneur. Creative. Founder. Whatever you call it, it can be a lonely place.
Not because you lack people. Because the people around you are proud of you, and that is not the same as understanding you.
I also cannot stand most conferences. The fluorescent rooms. The PowerPoint clicker. The speaker who flew in from somewhere impressive to tell you seven things you already knew. The networking lunch where everyone is performing and nobody is actually eating.
I have sat in those rooms. I have also sat in rooms that changed something in me. A creative workshop in a space that felt like it was designed for thinking. A conversation that started at dinner and was still going at midnight. The moment someone said a thing out loud that I had been carrying quietly for two years.
That is where I actually learn. Not from slides. From proximity to people who are doing something only they could do.
So I built that room.
Not a room where you leave with more information. A room where you leave with a sentence about yourself you could not have written alone.
I started calling in deeply magnetic women. Women who have built something real and are still genuinely curious about what comes next. Women with taste, rigour, and the kind of honesty that only comes from having already paid for it.
No lanyards. No elevator pitches. No one performing their success at you.
Just the conversation. The company. The particular relief of being in a room where you do not have to explain yourself from the beginning.
And if you are still reading this, you already know whether this room is for you.

The questions worth asking.
-
22 to 24 February 2027 at Mondrian Gold Coast, Australia. Monday is pre-event drinks and registration. Tuesday is summit day one. Wednesday is summit day two.
-
A two day creative summit for women building with intention. Built around Business, Brand and Becoming.
-
Women who are building with intention. Photographers, founders, editors, artists, strategists, marketers, designers, writers, agency owners, senior leaders, and women with creative lives that refuse to sit politely on the side.
-
Anyone looking for a copied formula or generic motivation. RARA is for women ready to make sharper decisions about the work, the business, and the life around it.
-
Yes. RARA is for senior women inside companies who are building influence beyond their job title, as well as founders and self-employed women. The common thread is appetite and a body of work asking for more.
-
If you are building with intention, yes. RARA is not gatekept by years in business. We are reading for the woman who is paying attention to how she is building.
-
Pre-event drinks and registration on Monday. Two summit days across Tuesday and Wednesday. Keynotes, panels, interviews, and workshops. Wednesday wrap-up party. Welcome gift. The RARA Annual mailed six months after the event.
-
Two days in a room designed to make you think better about your work, brand, money, decisions, and next chapter. You will hear from women who have built visible work, changed shape, made hard calls, and kept going. You should leave with sharper questions, cleaner decisions, and a stronger sense of what needs to change next.
-
Considered. The RARA welcome event will have a theme which will be announced in coming weeks.
-
No. What is said in the room stays in the room. The RARA Annual documents the Year One ideas after the event.
Burleigh Beach.
A world away.
The room matters. The light matters. Even where you sit for lunch matters. Mondrian is the kind of place where people stay at the table a little longer.
The Place
A hotel on the water, because where you say something changes whether you say it at all.
The People
Speakers close enough to ask. Women beside you who understand the question.
The Pace
Good food, long lunches and enough time for the conversation to keep going.

RARA partners are chosen because the audience fits their brand, not to fill a gift bag or sit on a logo wall.
For aligned brands, this is a place to be remembered.
