The best part might be who
you end up talking to.
The woman next to you at lunch. The conversation that keeps going after the keynote. The thing someone says over a drink that makes your whole business feel simpler. The rare relief of being around creative women who understand the ambition, the overthinking, the taste, the pressure and the strange private weather of building something of your own.

From the founder
Why RARA exists.
Bridget Wood, Founder, RARA House
For the past fifteen years I have photographed women inside their worlds.
Mothers. Artists. Founders. Writers. Women making serious work in the middle of real life.
At first, I thought I was there to photograph the beautiful parts. The house. The children. The light. The way a woman moved through her own space.
But the women I kept thinking about afterwards were rarely the most polished.
They were the ones living more deliberately.
Women with strong taste. Private ambition. A clear sense of what mattered. Harder to categorise. Less interested in being understood by everyone.
I started seeing the same thing in my coaching work.
The real conversation was not just about business. It was about building something that still felt like you once it started working.
RARA came from that.
A place for women thinking carefully about what they're building, what it's asking of them, and the kind of life they want around it.
Who is RARA for?
This is for women who don't fit the usual circles.
You’ve built something real.
The old spaces have started to feel small.
You’re ready for something bigger.
You’ll feel at home here if
- You care about your work and the impact it has.
- You want conversations with a bit more guts.
- You value beauty, depth and good taste.
- You’re done making yourself easier to understand.
- You want to be around women who make you think bigger, not compete harder.
This isn’t for you if
- You want a quick fix or a step-by-step formula.
- You’re here just for content or contacts.
- You need everyone to agree with you.
- You’re not open to being challenged.
- Polished talk about only the highlights of success.
RARA is for women building, creating and leading in their own way.

Yes. RARA is for senior women inside companies who are building influence beyond their job title, as well as founders and self-employed women. The common thread is appetite and a body of work asking for more.
-
If you are building with intention, yes. RARA is not gatekept by years in business. We are reading for the woman who is paying attention to how she is building.
