The standards of the room.

The principle

RARA is built on women showing up at their best. We hold each other to that standard.

The expectations

Treat every woman in the room with respect. Listen first. Disagree without making it personal.

Confidentiality matters. What is shared inside the summit is shared in trust. Do not quote a woman without asking her. Photography of other attendees requires their consent.

Sponsors and partners are part of the room. Treat them as you would the women they came to meet.

The line

Bullying, harassment, intimidation, or discriminatory behaviour ends a woman's attendance immediately. There is no second warning.
