It lives in your notes app, between the shopping list and the school reminders. A business idea. A course you’ve saved three times. A career you’d try if it didn’t risk everything you’ve built.
Some days we can’t tell if we need a holiday, a new plan or a whole new chapter. It’s hard to explain, too. Tell someone at a barbecue you love your life and want something different (they’ll offer you a pinot gris and change the subject).
Or maybe we’ve already started. Ten or fifteen years in, a few careers stacked on top of each other and something new on top of that. Now we’re sorting the whole house: what to carry into the next chapter, what to pass on, what we’ve quietly outgrown. We don’t know exactly who we’re becoming yet, only that staying put isn’t it.
RARA is where you take that feeling seriously.

Why I created RARA.
I chose the Mondrian first.
On the water at Burleigh Heads, and beautiful in a way that’s a little unexpected. It makes it easier to imagine more for yourself.

What if I don’t know what I want next?
That’s fine. One idea, a few, or just a feeling all work. RARA helps you work out which one matters most.
What if I feel out of my depth?
Most of the room will be a beginner at something. Ask the question you think is stupid. Someone at your table is wondering the same thing.
Is it too late for me?
No. Several women on the RARA stage changed direction well into their careers. Becoming someone new has no age limit.
What if my life is already good?
Perfect. You can love what you have and still want more.
Is this a business conference?
Business comes up, but RARA covers your whole life: work, creativity, family and money.
How is this different from a weekend away?
You’ll meet women who’ve made the kind of move you’re thinking about, ask them how, and leave with your own move named.
What if I come alone?
Most women do. Monday night means Tuesday doesn’t start cold.
What if I’m busy with family or work?
Only you know if this is the right time. If the same idea keeps coming back, ask what another year of waiting would cost.
When and where is RARA?
Mondrian Gold Coast, 22 to 24 February 2027. The Aperitivo on Monday 22 February, then two full summit days on Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24.
Are travel and accommodation included?
No. RARA guests get 20% off rooms at the Mondrian. Book your room here and enter code BGPG under “preferential code.” Gold Coast Airport is about twenty minutes away.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Early Bird is A$330 at checkout, then four monthly payments of A$330. The Salon is A$650 at checkout, then three monthly payments of A$650. We charge the same card on the same date each month. Group of Four is pay in full.
Can I bring my baby?
Nursing babies under six months are welcome. Reply to your confirmation email and we’ll arrange a quiet place to feed, a seat near the door and a fridge.
Will sessions be recorded?
No. It all happens live, in the room.
What if my plans change?
Tickets aren’t refundable, but you can pass yours to another woman at no charge up to 14 days before.
